The Competitive Blueprint by Robbie Manzano is designed for players who want to train with intent to sharpen their edge, and prepare to win.

Kitchen Play full of dinking, dropping, resetting & firefights getting comfortable at the kitchen will be the biggest benefit for all developing players.
